Respite Club
The Respite Club is a unique brain healthy approach for individuals with early memory loss and cognitive decline. Socially engaging, educational and memory-enhancing activities are provided within a structured and supervised environment. Appropriate physical activities are included to improve or maintain strength and balance. Club members receive individual, respectful, and caring support.

- regularly-scheduled meetings with the caregiver resource and wellness teams
- COVID-SAFE: proof of vaccination required
