Our Life Enrichment Coordinators bring creativity, empathy, and intentional planning that define exceptional educators. Drawing on skills similar to educational professionals — creativity, adaptability, and thoughtful program planning — they curate engaging activities that promote cognitive stimulation, physical vitality, social connection, autonomy, and dignity. Our programming is about more than activities, it is meaningful and creates opportunities for older adults to learn, express themselves, and engage with peers. This is not supervision; it is facilitation of vibrant, engaging experiences that enhance quality of everyday life.

Development Manager

The Development Manager brings strategic insight, strong relationship-building skills, and a hands-on approach to advancing The Ivey’s mission and long-term sustainability within the Charlotte community. The ideal candidate has a passion for community impact, a commitment to relationship-centered fundraising, and the ability to translate mission into meaningful growth and engagement. The Development Manager will create a trusted presence in the community, serving as a connector between donors, partners, member families, and The Ivey.
