Ainsley McGinty
Ainsley received her bachelor’s degree in health care administration from Lander University in 2023. Beginning in high school and continuing through college, she served as a CNA and caregiver for in-home health care services! Before starting at The Ivey, she worked as a life enrichment coordinator for an assisted living in Rock Hill, SC.
Where were you born and where did you grow up? I was born in Greensboro, NC. I spent most of my childhood in Fort Mill, SC and have lived in Summerville and Columbia, SC.
Favorite way to spend a weekend or a Sunday afternoon? Spending time with family, friends, and my dog Blue!
What excites you about your work at The Ivey and the contribution you make here? The opportunity to enrich lives and build strong relationships not only with members but with families and supporting staff is what excites me most!
