Tracy Reading
With a 37-year career in the consumer products industry, Tracy led an exceptional career in the sales division of Nestle USA. He was the Director of Sales for the East Coast Division where he managed 10 direct reports and over 150 indirect reports. His focus was delivering annual profits for Nestle USA while developing future talent in the sales organization.
Tracy retired in April 2022 shortly after his wife Pauli passed from younger onset Alzheimer’s. Pauli and Tracy were married for 33 years and have a beautiful daughter (Ali). Pauli was a member at The Ivey for over 2 years. Tracy describes that he and Pauli fell in love with The Ivey family as they provided quality care, love, and support to the Reading family.
Since then, a new chapter in his life has brought renewed joy with his recent marriage to Diane. They enjoy golf, tennis, pickleball, yoga, swimming, and traveling together. Tracy & Diane love their new blended family, all are local in Charlotte.
